1. Estate details

Code info Short unique estate code, e.g. CMS5 or MLB1. Letters and numbers only; must be unique. Name info Estate / project name — often location + sequence, e.g. 'Ciomas 5'. Location info Physical location (e.g. 'Ciomas'), distinct from the name. Land (ha) info Total rented land area in hectares. Must be ≥ Planting Area. Planting Area (ha) info Area actually planted — the cost multiplier (budget = per-ha cost × this). Must be > 0 and ≤ Land. Crops Target info Estimated number of plants for the estate. Must be > 0. Initial Project info Project start date (rent/preparation begins). The earliest valid date — blocks can't be planted before this. Initial Planting info Date planting starts. Must be on/after Initial Project (earlier dates are disabled). Finish Planting info Planned date planting completes — a PLANNING anchor, not an actual. It sets the relative period axis: M1 = finish-planting month, M2–M5 maintenance, M6 harvest. Must be on/after Initial Planting (earlier dates are disabled). Optional. Rental Period info Land-rental window as a month range (start month-year → end month-year), e.g. 'Nov 24 - Nov 26'. End cannot be before start (earlier months are disabled).

Harvest Cycles info Number of harvest cycles in the contract (e.g. Klaten = 3). Periods extend M8–M14 for cycle 2, etc. GL Code info SAP GL account anchored to this estate. Required (and must exist in the SAP GL master) before the estate can be approved or run — it marks that the budget costing was approved.
